DELIVERY & RETURNS
REFUND POLICY
We work as an online Atelier. The sewing period is 7-8 working days. Each of our products is sewn individually, taking into account your growth. Immediately after receiving the order, we send it to production and start working on the product intended for you. For this reason, it is not possible to issue a refund before you receive your order.

According to the law of the Russian Federation "on consumer rights protection" in the wording of Government Resolutions No. 1222 of 20.10.1998, the return of underwear and clothing for home and leisure is not provided.
But we can send You a new product if:
— it does not match the declared size;
— it has a manufacturing defect.

If a defect is detected, we take the cost of delivery of the products on ourselves.
